Installed this new Goodman 1.5 ton 410A condensing unit with matching 1.5 ton indoor coil and 40K BTU upflow heater in our rent house in June 2021. After completing a very thorough Manual J to calculate the necessary unit size I was skeptical about a 1.5 ton unit. Even in Oklahoma's high heat summers and frigid cold winters the tenants tell me it works great. We did install all new insulation in the exterior walls and attic prior to the new unit so I know that helped, but, I am still amazed what this 1.5 ton unit can do in a 1500 square foot house when correctly installed with proper insulation, supply ducting, and return sizing. I did replace the igniter in the heater in Oct 2023, but no other issues.

I purchased this unit in union with the main furnace . It is freezing my butt off and I love it. So simple to Install. My pro HVAC team came in and connected the copper lines, and off it went...smooth as it comes. It pull the moisture out so efficiently, The water pours out . amazing !!

This was an open box item that was in good shape except the internal wiring was not properly routed through the strain reliefs between the burner and fan sides. The wires were routed through a sharp metal hole and were starting to frey. Beware of open box items, this wiring took me only a few minutes to correct.

Best furnace I ever bought.

I am very pleased with your service. It's always very quick and efficient. However I was not pleased with the Goodman product my company last received. After installing the unit for the costumer the compressor did not work. It has caused a lot of turmoil with the customer and many unpaid labor hours for my company.

I've yet to install any of the products, however working with HVAC direct has been a great experience. Customer service is very helpful and responsive and any issues we're worked out quickly.

I just replace my 45 year old electric heat furance as I Switch over to AFUE 98% gas variable speed furance as it is so super quiet and heat output is a lot faster than electric heat elment as I just Love my brand new Goodman 98% gas furance as my husband is very happy we choice high engery effects gas furance which we Love quiet furance. I high recommed you to buy AFUE 98% gas furance as super saves fuel it sure make world go green earth
