Garbage unit, compressors DO NOT last. Goodman is no help, ruse customer service takes no responsibility whatsoever on their shoddy units like these. Buy ANY other company but avoid Goodman

Great AC Unit

Great value and superior customer service

When we hooked up the furnace and it wouldn't fire up, I contacted customer service. Immediately I was in touch with Chris . He walked us through all of the testing and he determined it must be a faulty circuit board. He contacted Greg who had a new board shipped to me overnight the day before thanksgiving. We tested and installed as they instructed and it fired up immediately. 5 stars for their customer service guys and the furnace works great. Thank you!
