We had this unit installed in 2022 by an independent contractor. Cools great, but it's quite loud. Do wish it was a little quieter. But on the bright side, it cools nicely without too many problems.

HVAC direct consistently beat my local distributor….their loss. I will continue with hvac direct.

Like the unit . Had an old Goodman unit which was about 41 years old. Had to replace it. Bought a new Goodman GSX130301. It was installed on July 22. 2022. Very cold air. Just very noise.

I have had this product for about 3 weeks. Works very good. Happy with the GSX 130301 a/c unit. My old a/c unit was a Goodman it lasted 45 year old. My old unit was put in in 1977. That is why I bought another Goodman a/c unit.

The product works great, I enjoy shopping with you guys for any product and promote your business to others. Upon receiving their was a medium size dent on the sheet metal jacket, however everything works fine and I can mostly hide the dent. So no worries

My nephew who is licensed installed it, the line set and coil, cools great, very happy. Quiet as well.

This was the first time adding a TXV kit. I was reluctant because you could just leave the unit with the standard set orifice. But, now 7 months later, it's been working fine. It makes sense to put one, just like a thermostat for a car. It makes things run consistent on the output.

I was very pleased to see that product was well packaged to avoid damage on route. It has lower output then the unit I replaced but works as well if not better.

We were mistakenly sent this furnace instead of the 2 stage that came with the package we ordered. Had to install without checking since we had no heat. This furnace is amazing. It works like a dream and heats our little house up so fast, you hardly know it's even on. We installed ourselves and I have to say the hardest part of the whole thing was cutting out the side for the return. This needs to be something that should be easier, possibly a choice when ordering and having it precut. Love that we saved so much money installing ourselves vs going through local company who wanted $8000 for comparable furnace and ac installed. Upon contacting hvacdirect about the mix up we were nicely compensated with a credit to our account. I would highly recommend to anyone who asks to buy the equipment through hvacdirect. Customer service is amazing and can't beat only ending up spending $1100 for a new furnace, coil, and ac unit for our home.

The heater is small in size , but puts out heat fast and is quiet. I am glad I bought this Goodman heater. It will last for years.
