Not long ago I called you looking for a 3 Ton A.H.U w/8 KW HEAT STRIP. You were not the 1st HVAC co I called , but you were the 1st to really want to help me! If you rember, I called you on a Friday and you got my order, ch'd and made sure everything was in stock. You said all was good and my items would ship out on Tuesday. That was not what I wanted to hear. I told you I was in Texas, in a HOT spell with 100 plus temps daily. I pleaded with you for faster shipping (of course I didn't want to pay extra). You said you would see what you could do and put me on hold. When you came back you said you couldn't get it on today's shipping, but it would go out Tuesday. I received my order the following Thursday. I don't know how you did it, but you must have got it on that Friday s shipment!!!!! You don't have to tell me what you had to do, but I am very thankful for your "CAN DO" attitude and problem solving skills!!!

So far am satisfied with air conditioner. Was easy for my daughter to help me order and questions were answered
as needed. Will use you again if needed.

Garbage unit, compressors DO NOT last. Goodman is no help, ruse customer service takes no responsibility whatsoever on their shoddy units like these. Buy ANY other company but avoid Goodman
