The only comment I would make is to please ask your shippers to communicate better with the customer. I requested a tailgate delivery, which did occur, however there was no call to advise when the delivery was to be made. Which means no one was there to meet the driver and accept delivery. This was an issue as the shipper dropped the items at the edge of the street and no one was there to move them. The equipment is fairly expensive and could result in potential theft. The shipping company dropped off the equipment at the end of my dirt driveway with no phone communication to let me know they were there. I suggest using another carrier.

Product was exactly what I needed. Stated high efficient, and it lives up to it & my electric bill reflects. Will definately be back the next time I need to replace any HVAC equipment.

They seem to be working well so far, but it will take a bit longer to know for sure.

Thank you for selling these items online, it was a much better option than my other alternatives!

I am very happy with the purchase and with the equipment. I installed the furnace myself. I replaced an 80%, 22 year old Bryant. So far so good. I like the higher efficiency, the two stage burner and variable fan.

My only issue, which is small, is that the shipper must have set something heavy on the A coil, pushing in the top a little bit. I was able to bend it back. But if it was bent much more, I would have not been able to.

I saved a lot of money doing it myself.

This is the second time I purchased from you people and every time is has been very good this new furnace I bought is way better than the last one I bought the last one I had major issues with and this one so far is great I am possibly going to be buying a boiler system from you also for my new built garage slab heat. I am a do-it yourself person sometimes It costs me more in learning what I did wrong but that’s the price of learning. Very good place to buy from highly recommend

I know you cannot control the behavior of the shipping company but you may want to pass the info on to please call the customer when on the way.

Switching to this unit has saved me a ton on my electric bills.
