Used the system thru 2 winters and its been great. Keeps the house comfortable and is quiet. Replaced a 24 yr old lennox system. No more hot an cold spots with dual stage and house is more even temps. Couldnt ask for a better system for the price. 10/10 highly recommend. Being a carrier subsidary parts should be easy to source as well.

Everything about this purchase and install went well. The technician who helped with my order was intuitive and helpful… didn’t push anything, talked patiently through my questions, and revised my proposal once I realized I needed a lower Btu unit than I’d initially thought. The shipping was super fast (from order to arrival was two days… 3 days faster than promised). The unit itself is high quality and incredibly well packed for shipping. I’d recommend purchasing through HVACdirect.com without hesitation or reservation.

A well built product, manufactured in Mexico. The only minus was that it came damaged through shipping. Due it's weight the shipping company could have mismanaged it during shipping. The case was bent bottom right side, like a forklift damage, and bottom left corner of the case was smashed like somebody dropped it. I was a bit skeptical if the inside coil survived the damage, so far so good, it holds the pressure.

The only comment I would make is to please ask your shippers to communicate better with the customer. I requested a tailgate delivery, which did occur, however there was no call to advise when the delivery was to be made. Which means no one was there to meet the driver and accept delivery. This was an issue as the shipper dropped the items at the edge of the street and no one was there to move them. The equipment is fairly expensive and could result in potential theft. The shipping company dropped off the equipment at the end of my dirt driveway with no phone communication to let me know they were there. I suggest using another carrier.

Order came from Cape cod express box truck loaded system in the back of pickup truck brought it to my rental property install went great got it inspected the other day good to go ty

I know you cannot control the behavior of the shipping company but you may want to pass the info on to please call the customer when on the way.

Switching to this unit has saved me a ton on my electric bills.
