Product was exactly what I needed. Stated high efficient, and it lives up to it & my electric bill reflects. Will definately be back the next time I need to replace any HVAC equipment.

Super quiet and minimal vibration during operation. Looks attractive as well. Pretty easy install if you have the right tools (same as any other A/C unit). Keep in mind this is an ICP product. Translation: It's same class as Carrier and Bryant; they're all brands under the same company, with AirQuest being one of their consumer direct facing labels.
HVAC ordering process was straightforward, but a little clunky. It all worked out in the end.

They seem to be working well so far, but it will take a bit longer to know for sure.

I am very happy with the purchase and with the equipment. I installed the furnace myself. I replaced an 80%, 22 year old Bryant. So far so good. I like the higher efficiency, the two stage burner and variable fan.

My only issue, which is small, is that the shipper must have set something heavy on the A coil, pushing in the top a little bit. I was able to bend it back. But if it was bent much more, I would have not been able to.

I saved a lot of money doing it myself.

This is the second time I purchased from you people and every time is has been very good this new furnace I bought is way better than the last one I bought the last one I had major issues with and this one so far is great I am possibly going to be buying a boiler system from you also for my new built garage slab heat. I am a do-it yourself person sometimes It costs me more in learning what I did wrong but that’s the price of learning. Very good place to buy from highly recommend

All is good with the coil I received yesterday. I installed it today with minor modifications. I have bought several complete units for HVACdirect and had nothing but great experiences.
