didn't have the Yifi chip in the board, so I had to get another board

Great product if you use the CTK04AE. Otherwise it is a nightmare and costly. Wiring this in any other way than a smart communicating system using anything other than the CTK04AE will result in pain and excess cost to operate. Power consumption was 2x and BTU was 1/2 without the communicating controller unit.

The sales support person was very helpful. He asked questions that I had not thought of. This resulted in an order that exactly satisfied my requirements. I have a split system that I was replacing only the AC section and retaining the gas furnace section. He made sure that we had the correct measurements for the condenser/coil pack. This saved me from having to return and replace components.
As promised the order was shipped the next business day, with a tracking number and carrier information.
My order arrived on schedule with no damage, and correct as per the order. Everything fit perfectly. The carrier who delivered, unloaded and placed the order in my garage.
HVACDIRECT exceeded my expectations. My contact was very knowledgeable, patient, and enjoyable to work with. I will soon be requiring another AC unit and I plan to purchase from HVACDirect.
