Great unit

Amazing and efficient unit. Had a couple of issues with it In 5 years the blower fan had a loose connector and making unit to shut off randomly and recall a bit worried but it’s like with every other manufacturer. The best part is they took care of the issues and works flawlessly. Will buy another if I have to ! A+

I have to say that I'm really satisfied with your product. Additionally, the sales folks were very helpful and the entire experience far exceeded my expectations. The Goodman Heat Pump Air Conditioner System I bought was delivered way earlier than expected and in pristine condition. I will definitely do business with HVACDirect in the future!

Great value

I got a Goodman 96% 2 stage 60k BTU my furnace is so quiet and the best thing of all my Energy bill went down. I had a 25yr old furnace and was making so much noise we did know if it would turn back on after running & the heat coming out of the air ducts was so loud we had to turn up the TV. Thank you Goodman thank you for making a great product.

I'm glad I added it.

This was the first time adding a TXV kit. I was reluctant because you could just leave the unit with the standard set orifice. But, now 7 months later, it's been working fine. It makes sense to put one, just like a thermostat for a car. It makes things run consistent on the output.
