Good quality product

A well built product, manufactured in Mexico. The only minus was that it came damaged through shipping. Due it's weight the shipping company could have mismanaged it during shipping. The case was bent bottom right side, like a forklift damage, and bottom left corner of the case was smashed like somebody dropped it. I was a bit skeptical if the inside coil survived the damage, so far so good, it holds the pressure.

Shipping company no customer communication

The only comment I would make is to please ask your shippers to communicate better with the customer. I requested a tailgate delivery, which did occur, however there was no call to advise when the delivery was to be made. Which means no one was there to meet the driver and accept delivery. This was an issue as the shipper dropped the items at the edge of the street and no one was there to move them. The equipment is fairly expensive and could result in potential theft. The shipping company dropped off the equipment at the end of my dirt driveway with no phone communication to let me know they were there. I suggest using another carrier.

Good equipment, good price!!!

I was reluctant to purchase hvac equipment on line worrying about what it would look like after shipping. I'm here to tell you that I've never seen anything packing so well and protected! Furnace, condenser and a acoil were all individually pallitized and then put on a regular pallet all together. Even had foam between everything! I don't think it could have been hurt it it was rolled down the highway. Kudos to your shipping department. I've purchased more equipment since this system and all was just as great. Everything is all good. Equipment arrived 3 days earlier than expected (and this was during the Holidays). As usual, great service, great prices, great equipment. Order arrived in a timely manner. It was nicely packaged for proper transport without damage. All items on order were present.

No installation manuals, no owners manuals and no warranty paperwork were included with shipment, very disappointed in that! With the exception of the filter box I did get some paperwork with it.

Products look well built. I haven't installed them yet.

I was most pleased with the service your company provided. The unit was exactly as described and everything was installed and worked perfectly.

I know you cannot control the behavior of the shipping company but you may want to pass the info on to please call the customer when on the way.
