Got what I needed, without issue

Straight forward connections and assembly. Works as it should.

The brand names for the components are new to this area so our hvac tech wasn't completely familiar with the low voltage connections between the furnace, heatpump and the t stat but the technical assistance guy walked us right through everything and answer all of our questions. System is so quiet , we barely hear it running. Heating right now but expect the air conditioning to work just as well.

So glad we made the switch from our ducted system to the mini splits. Besides increased energy efficiency, we are SO much more comfortable. They quickly get the rooms to temperature compared to the old one which took much longer and wasted money cooling rooms we weren’t using.

Need better source for mini splits
