I am super happy with the unit. I had a little difficulty adjusting the louvres - for some reason they seemed to move on their own after I thought I had set them, but I seemed to have figured it out. It's working great!

Do you sell 9000 btu air handlers that are slim? I need it to be no more than 28 inches wide.

I have not had a chance to install the Mitsubishi mini-split I ordered but am happy with the pricing and with how quick it was shipped. I received it much earlier than expected based on the shipping availability stated on the website when I ordered.

The unit is working great. Winter really hasn't set in up here in Western Maine. Can't wait for the single digits to put the heat pump to the test!

Gotta say the product is great, had a heat wave the week I installed it so I was very quick to enjoy it. I was quick to compare it to other daiken models and bishi splits I have installed in the field before and honestly the one - two system you sold me has one of the easiest startups I've ever seen. I did apply/submit a ticket into the warranty I look forward to many years of reliability hopefully and I'm sure some service on it as well in addition to maintenance.



Only real criticism I have on it is that I didn't like that the liquid line service valves didn't come with service ports, which is just a personal thing I simply installed my own ports a short distance away and was able to read both sides of the system. Just a piece of mind thing I can observe it when throwing the disconnect on and calling for cooling for the first time. Takes the edge off



I niche in other areas in the trade but if I were to help a friend out I would certainly consider recommending it and throwing another one of these beauties on a pad

The only regret I have about ordering and having the Mitsubishi Mini Split is, I should’ve done it years ago. We love it! The unit is so quiet but yet so performs so well. Thank you for the follow up.
