I have 4 of the same units and need another glad they had them for great price and fast shipping

Bought the head units with the outdoor condensing unit. The website was kind enough to make sure that I knew that I had 3/8 and 5/8 lines for the fourth wall unit.

However, upon your completion of the job, we noticed that the plug-ins for the unit are not the same as the fifth plug-in for the line set is 1/2 and 1/4. Being that this is an out of town job in a small town with no hardware store we had to leave and go out of our way to find suitable parts to complete the job

Unit was received in good shape and is already up and running.

I have recently installed my Mini Split unit at the house and it works beautifully, exceeding my expectations. I will definitely post a review on your website and share my complete satisfaction.

I am super happy with the unit. I had a little difficulty adjusting the louvres - for some reason they seemed to move on their own after I thought I had set them, but I seemed to have figured it out. It's working great!



Would you be able to send me a copy of my receipt for this purchase? I have an amount written down, but would like a copy of the receipt for my files.

Do you sell 9000 btu air handlers that are slim? I need it to be no more than 28 inches wide.

I have not had a chance to install the Mitsubishi mini-split I ordered but am happy with the pricing and with how quick it was shipped. I received it much earlier than expected based on the shipping availability stated on the website when I ordered.

The unit is working great. Winter really hasn't set in up here in Western Maine. Can't wait for the single digits to put the heat pump to the test!

The only regret I have about ordering and having the Mitsubishi Mini Split is, I should’ve done it years ago. We love it! The unit is so quiet but yet so performs so well. Thank you for the follow up.

We have not been able to try out the heater yet, but the A/C is working phenomenal! Love it! Customer service was outstanding throughout purchase.
