- Excellent Product & ServiceThese days, I mostly work on central heating plants. However, I still do some residential work. Knowing exactly what I wanted, led me to a local supply house followed by a call to HVAC Direct. Brandon Sanning was polite, professional and quite helpful. For those that aren’t familiar, ACiQ is Carrier. This furnace is much improved over the older Comfort 92 Model. The unit started right up with zero issues. I am extremely satisfied with the product and service provided by HVAC Direct. I highly recommend both of them!

Firstly, it came early by a few days, i was contacted by the currier you used and they were also early by 20min, i was waiting for the delivery. our furnace came well protected wrapped in heavy heavy cardboard and saranwrap. The furnace AC and Coil were in perfect condition. The parts were also packed
very well and everything i ordered was exactly what i ordered. This is the second time we ordered from you and have had great service from begining to end.
our unit went in easy and works perfect. I am very pleased wtih the product and i have one more to orderd, i am confident i will get the same great product.
