This is the 6th Mitsubishi heat pump system we’ve installed over the last 3 years. Most of these mini split systems were installed in rental houses because they are reliable and do not break down. Delivery was fast and we were informed about the unit’s location along the way. Make sure to specify exactly where you want the boxes dropped off…

So, I ordered the wrong unit! Iexplained what I did to Ben and he gave me an RMA number to return the unit and then Taylor helped me order the unit I needed. I just received it and looking forward to installing it. I will hire a plumber to cut the line to proper length, flare the ends of the pipes, vacuum the lines and add refrigerant to compensate for the added length. I can't see buying a pump and gauges for a one time install. Glad I did not buy Mr. Cool, you are stuck with the extra line since you can't cut it to fit. HVACDirect is the way to go! Thanks fellas,

Easy installation and works as it should

I am extremely happy with my choice of HVACDIRECT as my equipment provider. We had an issue with one of the units that arrived by truck. HVACDIRECT was very professional and took care of the situation in a friendly and caring manner! I would like to note the service rep, Renee as especially helpful and caring. The product is great! I just had it installed this past weekend, and I'm very happy with the quality of the product and how good it looks in my house.

Other than receiving the material a month in advance, and now having to store it I won’t be recommending your company anytime soon. You were great, it’s the people that controlled the shipping. I would like a kickback for storing.
