- I received the correct furnce the first time~Customer service was helpful to review with me the BTU size, physical size and correct pressure switch/sensor for my altitude. Arrived on time and install was strait forward. Had my local HVAC tech check my install and he checked gas pressure and BTU output and all was in order, Build quality was as good as the old Carrier unit I used to have.

Firstly, it came early by a few days, i was contacted by the currier you used and they were also early by 20min, i was waiting for the delivery. our furnace came well protected wrapped in heavy heavy cardboard and saranwrap. The furnace AC and Coil were in perfect condition. The parts were also packed
very well and everything i ordered was exactly what i ordered. This is the second time we ordered from you and have had great service from begining to end.
