- HvacI didn’t realize my unit wasn’t efficient until it quit working. I live in 100 year old house for 18 years. Always had to run fans with the air to cool upstairs. This unit has been able to cool with no problem. Just installed in May so have not had heating experience yet. A friend installed for me and recommended your company. I personally saved a lot of money.

- Very happyI am very happy with the purchase and with the equipment. I installed the furnace myself. I replaced an 80%, 22 year old Bryant. So far so good. I like the higher efficiency, the two stage burner and variable fan.
My only issue, which is small, is that the shipper must have set something heavy on the A coil, pushing in the top a little bit. I was able to bend it back. But if it was bent much more, I would have not been able to.

- So far is greatThis is the second time I purchased from you people and every time is has been very good this new furnace I bought is way better than the last one I bought the last one I had major issues with and this one so far is great I am possibly going to be buying a boiler system from you also for my new built garage slab heat. I am a do-it yourself person sometimes It costs me more in learning what I did wrong but that’s the price of learning. Very good place to buy from highly recommend

- Thanks for the ease of orderingHello, the product came securely packaged and the delivery company was excellent on how the unloaded the item on to a pickup truck for me.
No complaints at this time, it has been installed however, the air conditioner, the item I ordered, will not be in real use until next year when it warms up once again.
Thanks for the ease of ordering and the one thing I found difficult was tracking the item as your site does not have the capability to do so therefore I had to call support to find out 'where' and 'when' that item would be at my home so I could leave work to be there in time to unload it as I had no way to get it off the ground into a truck and take to another location.Review by Wyvonna

- Happy HomeownerI am very satisfied with the products that I purchased from HVAC Direct. I recently got a quote from a local HVAC contractor for $8800 to add A/C to my home. I purchased every component required to do the installation myself for less than $2700 delivered to my driveway. The installation took me the better part of a weekend, but it was completed and the system was fully operational just in time for the first heatwave of the year (I'm in the PNW, so it was mid-June, lol). My family and I are incredibly pleased with the outcome. Saving over $6000 on this job allowed my family to take a well needed vacation this year!
