if I ever need to replace this equipment again hvdirect is my first choice

my son is a engineer for the company that makes this system and he insists the only thing different is the label on the name brand. we installed my system in October of 2022 and I have not one complaint about HVACDirect or the system

Good equipment, good price!!!

I was reluctant to purchase hvac equipment on line worrying about what it would look like after shipping. I'm here to tell you that I've never seen anything packing so well and protected! Furnace, condenser and a acoil were all individually pallitized and then put on a regular pallet all together. Even had foam between everything! I don't think it could have been hurt it it was rolled down the highway. Kudos to your shipping department. I've purchased more equipment since this system and all was just as great. Hvac

I didn’t realize my unit wasn’t efficient until it quit working. I live in 100 year old house for 18 years. Always had to run fans with the air to cool upstairs. This unit has been able to cool with no problem. Just installed in May so have not had heating experience yet. A friend installed for me and recommended your company. I personally saved a lot of money.

Order arrived in a timely manner. It was nicely packaged for proper transport without damage. All items on order were present.

No installation manuals, no owners manuals and no warranty paperwork were included with shipment, very disappointed in that! With the exception of the filter box I did get some paperwork with it.

Products look well built. I haven't installed them yet.

Everything was great, I received the wrong a-coil, called, and received the correct one in 3 days. You can't get any better than that. Very helpful, even after I changed the order completely (my fault). Top notch. I will return for more. Thank you.

Thanks for the ease of ordering

Hello, the product came securely packaged and the delivery company was excellent on how the unloaded the item on to a pickup truck for me.

No complaints at this time, it has been installed however, the air conditioner, the item I ordered, will not be in real use until next year when it warms up once again.

Thanks for the ease of ordering and the one thing I found difficult was tracking the item as your site does not have the capability to do so therefore I had to call support to find out 'where' and 'when' that item would be at my home so I could leave work to be there in time to unload it as I had no way to get it off the ground into a truck and take to another location.

I am very satisfied with the products that I purchased from HVAC Direct. I recently got a quote from a local HVAC contractor for $8800 to add A/C to my home. I purchased every component required to do the installation myself for less than $2700 delivered to my driveway. The installation took me the better part of a weekend, but it was completed and the system was fully operational just in time for the first heatwave of the year (I'm in the PNW, so it was mid-June, lol).
