My furnace is running wonderfully. I installed it myself and after a couple of glitches (identified by the code) it has been a lifesaver and I love the fact that it is so efficient.

Working wonderfully! I’m having extremely cold weather and it’s warm and comfortable in my home it’s quiet and efficient and takes up a lot less space than my old heater. Extremely satisfied and would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a heating system.

my son is a engineer for the company that makes this system and he insists the only thing different is the label on the name brand. we installed my system in October of 2022 and I have not one complaint about HVACDirect or the system

I didn’t realize my unit wasn’t efficient until it quit working. I live in 100 year old house for 18 years. Always had to run fans with the air to cool upstairs. This unit has been able to cool with no problem. Just installed in May so have not had heating experience yet. A friend installed for me and recommended your company. I personally saved a lot of money.

The furnace and air conditioner were installed last week. So far, so good. I really wanted to compliment you guys on the immaculate packaging of furnace, a/c, coil, and copper tubing. I don't think I've ever seen such a perfect shipment come off a truck. It was amazing, if you ask me. I already have a couple people interested in buying furnace/a-c units from you.

We finally got the A/C unit we purchased from you installed 2 weeks ago! It works like a champ and our installer had high praises for the quality of the products we ordered. That's enough of a recommendation for me! The deliver was flawless and very quick as all our items were in stock.

I have the indoor equipment installed and the condenser in place. Today I hope to cut refrigeration tubing and wiring in the attic and install new. Relocating the condenser compared to the old. I hope to re-use the wire. Then it is running the new, soldering, attaching, then a lot of prayer it is right and will work longer than me.



I got a shock when unpacking the condenser. On top was an energy sticker saying it is 14.5 seer rated. It is supposed to be 17 seer. I checked the model numbers and all. I wondered if an idiot put the sticker on and it was incorrect. I wondered if the seer is dependent upon the other equipment used with it such as the evaporator coils, tubing size, and even the subjectivity of variables of the environmental factors. That condenser might only be 14.5 with some equipment and 17 with other?



I was going to call after the weekend…last weekend…October 1 and 2 weekend. But after realizing the subjectivity of it all, I started tearing out the old system. Oddly it had quit working late the day before. I think the transformer quit and could be replaced but it was something to laugh about with delight that it worked until it did not need to any more.



The equipment looks great. The furnace could be turned on but it is too warm for heat and too cool for A/C ( if it were finished.) This is the solo act of a 72 year old. No professional installation crew…just a retired has been professional.



So you are asking too soon. Does it work? I don’t know. Does it work well? I don’t know.



Maybe next week. But the real story is when it is 5 degrees and next summer >hell’s fire and brimstone. So far I would recommend you. But I may not recommend the people who self-install. The manuals are mind boggling. It leaves out the information seasoned techs might remember/know. Then there is a lot of information I suspect 99% of field tech’s do not have a clue about let alone the tools needed.



Ask me after the coming heating and next year’s cooling seasons. When there is no power bill (have a 7.8KwH PV system) and is reliably comfortable, you will get a rave review!

Hello, the product came securely packaged and the delivery company was excellent on how the unloaded the item on to a pickup truck for me.

No complaints at this time, it has been installed however, the air conditioner, the item I ordered, will not be in real use until next year when it warms up once again.

Thanks for the ease of ordering and the one thing I found difficult was tracking the item as your site does not have the capability to do so therefore I had to call support to find out 'where' and 'when' that item would be at my home so I could leave work to be there in time to unload it as I had no way to get it off the ground into a truck and take to another location.

I am very satisfied with the products that I purchased from HVAC Direct. I recently got a quote from a local HVAC contractor for $8800 to add A/C to my home. I purchased every component required to do the installation myself for less than $2700 delivered to my driveway. The installation took me the better part of a weekend, but it was completed and the system was fully operational just in time for the first heatwave of the year (I'm in the PNW, so it was mid-June, lol). This unit has been running like a champ for the last 3 years. Happy with price and no complaints.

I've been running this evaporator coil in air-conditioning mode for a month now. It performs beautifully both as an air conditioning condenser and a heat pump heat exchanger. It fit perfectly atop my AirQuest furnace with no modifications necessary. Rather than an "A" shaped coil, this is a "W" shaped coil which gives more heat transfer capacity for 4 ton and larger air conditioning units. Along with my AirQuest air conditioner & heat-pump, and the ION System Control thermostat, this combination is good at keeping the house comfortable. Although AirQuest is an unknown brand name to me, I believe it to be a Carrier brand name product, renamed. I installed this evaporator coil and an air conditioner & furnace myself with 4 hours of help at the end from an HVAC professional. There were experts, (Chris Whitmore) at HVACdirect.com available to help me through the uncertainties and this was very valuable. I've only tested the heat-pump side of this unit so far but look forward to using the heat pump this upcoming Minnesota winter. Doing the labor myself & buying from HVACdirect.com saved me ~40% on the system & installation cost.
