Was able to install the system in a unattached garage before the cold winter weather set in. Heats the area up quite nicely. Can't wait for summer to try out the AC side of the system!
Only draw back I had was the electrical line & refrigerant tubing being too long for my installation. Separated the insulation the tubing was in, to help with coiling the tubes without kinking them.
Overall, for a DIY project, I'm very pleased with the outcome.

Bought from Ingrams,went into P3 error code,immediately after install.Takes a long time to get to person,and then they just guess at problem and send parts,and then you have to be the technician.
If you buy,just know,you will have to do repairs,because it’s DIY,no one wants to work on it,and company won’t back you!!!

I'm very pleased with Mr Cool DIY mini split, I would recommend a few things to have some additional detailed info regarding the install. if you're not technically savvy and have no common sense you're in for a treat. HVACDirects sales/customer service is TOP NOTCH! Customer service and product knowledge is a must in a service industry HVACDirect provided these key services without a BS sales pitch.
