Great product, price and service.

Delivery was as promised, the unit works really well. Installed in Arizona RV garage 40'x17' with attached 2 car garage. Cools down all garages quickly. I'm very happy with it.

Had a couple of 3 ton systems up and running for a few months now. Have worked flawlessly and performance has been great. Several weeks in the teens and some time in the single digits and had no issues heating the space. So far I am super happy with this purchase, we will see in the cooling season if these are the new mini splits I will be going for from now on, but so far they are great.

Only thing I saw is the directions don't say how far to open the valves they screw all the way out counter clock wise till they stop at the inside rings

Seems to be equal to quality and construction to any other units I have purchased. Only noticeable difference being this one is constructed more of plastic than others, which upside is the head is lighter in weight, time will tell if that is a problem or not. Output, operation, and features are equal and in some aspects such as wireless connectivity, surpass other brand names. Can't comment on durability as of yet since it's only been in operation for little less than a month, but so far flawless operation

The unit arrived in excellent condition. Additional packaging was used around the entire unit. I haven't installed the unit, yet. But, everything looks good.

So far, it's been great. I had one question that your technical support answered promptly in regards to the fan on the inside unit running all the time. I got my answer and all is good.

This is the second piece of equipment I have purchased from your company and so far I have been very pleased with the results.

I had a great experience and professional service from someone there at HVACDirect, Sean I think his name was. Super helpful! In fact if he could contact me I would like to repeat an order for a mini split. For the equipment, have not yet started, but looks good :)
