I bought this to help heat and cool my daughter's room. It is working great and she loves it. Now looking to replace central air unit with one of their heat pumps.

Excellent packing and shipping, equipment all looks well made, good price and nice features. I had a question and got prompt call back from tech support with a clear answer.

It was straightforward to install. The HVAC engineer who did the link connections and charging complained that there was only one charge port.
It runs quiet and is cooling very well. Yet to try the heat but it is 80 out here
