Could not have ask for a smoother transaction, everything arrived undamaged and very well packaged. I had an issue with the brass cap on the liquid line service valve missing but after I notified your sales department, they sent a replacement cap. Very satisfied with the transaction!

Perfect for my 2 car detached garage. Garage is fairly well insulated. Amount of overshoot in 30 degree weather suggests it may be slightly too big (smallest size option however). Added a homemade filter rack to the bottom, a plenum and 4x 6" elbows to the top. Throws air to every corner of garage. All parts shipped freight on one pallet. Delivered to my work and unloaded with forklift. GREAT!!

Customer service helped me choose a matching condenser coil. Placed my order and it was delivered in 3 days. Couldn't be happier!
