Bought the head units with the outdoor condensing unit. The website was kind enough to make sure that I knew that I had 3/8 and 5/8 lines for the fourth wall unit.

However, upon your completion of the job, we noticed that the plug-ins for the unit are not the same as the fifth plug-in for the line set is 1/2 and 1/4. Being that this is an out of town job in a small town with no hardware store we had to leave and go out of our way to find suitable parts to complete the job

So, I ordered the wrong unit! Iexplained what I did to Ben and he gave me an RMA number to return the unit and then Taylor helped me order the unit I needed. I just received it and looking forward to installing it. I will hire a plumber to cut the line to proper length, flare the ends of the pipes, vacuum the lines and add refrigerant to compensate for the added length. I can't see buying a pump and gauges for a one time install. Glad I did not buy Mr. Cool, you are stuck with the extra line since you can't cut it to fit. HVACDirect is the way to go! Thanks fellas,

It coudn't have been a better year to invest in the mini-split system.I can't remember when it was so humid for so long a period.I had the unit just idling the whole time.My house stayed nice and cool.It defnitely beat running loud window units.

I install these units more and more frequently and the Mitsubishi is top in its class

We have not been able to try out the heater yet, but the A/C is working phenomenal! Love it! Customer service was outstanding throughout purchase.
