Service with HVAC was very helpful, my only complaint is that one of the line-sets was missing from the shipment and it took about two weeks and a few calls to receive that line-set which delayed the installation.

My only other complaint is that the 24k Unit was mounted to the wall of the house and a vibration is felt inside the house when it runs at higher speeds. I am working to better isolate the condenser to hopefully dampen the vibration.
