- Amazing customer supportMy experience with the HVACdirect staff in both sales and technical support was AMAZING. This company clearly knows how to make a customer and DIY installer happy. After being part of seven previous minisplit installs with top-tier brands, I have to admit I'm nervous buying this far cheaper and strangely generic unit. It is running perfectly now, after the DIY lineset presented no problems (I called the technical guys mostly to ask, "Is this seriously all I have to do?") But will the unit take a dump in a few months? Will I get just a few years out of it? Is it literally made on the same assembly line as the name brands? Who knows? As much as I worry about its resiliency and performance, there is a satisfaction to NOT paying the runaway prices of the top tier and the installation technicians they require. So I'm leaving a five-star rating on service and price; I'd rather not rate the quality just yet but it's forcing me to choose, so I'll go with two stars. OMG, the unit and I hardly know each other. Check back a little later for an honest assessment of quality and performance.

- parts were shipped promptly thankyou.this is our 2nd unit from you folks, 1st.one has been working 4 yrs.flawless, this 2nd. unit seems to be doing a good job cooling. our temp. is in the mid to upper 90s and very humid now it is very quiet and we got a very clean installation on it i have to register the package still we just installed it on july 4th. thanks very much for quick delivery and safe packaging.
