With a system output of 3 tons, this condenser can support heating and cooling in medium house in ideal applications. With a basic efficiency rating of 14 SEER2, this condenser will be adequate for most applications and following most state efficiency requirements. If you are coming from our site’s sizing calculator, please note that it is a good idea to upsize any calculation by a ton to compensate for limited insulation and other factors that cause a mobile home to differ from traditional home sizing. Please note that this condenser requires a compatible quick connect coil and an accompanying blower to function.

- Happyproduct was received on time and undamaged, took my time installing it due to other obligations interfering. Unit installed and started with out issue. would have been nice if during the ordering process a few essential items might have been recommended. I.E.coil enclosure, Air filter relocation options.
