- Works greatOur installer finally got the time to come out and install the condenser. It works great and we used the AC function as well as the heat mode. It is much bigger than our old one, even considering putting a third wall unit in. Thanks for the expedited responses from everyone there. Unfortunately we caught the first heat wave because of our installers schedule but kept cool ???? on the second one.

- Love the unitsme and my wife love the units , we purchased so great to be able to control each rooms temperature or leave it off. The out side unit is very quiet and even the indoor air handler is very quiet and the fan speeds are very strong. We are very happy with the customer service, we are having an issue with one head unit out off 8 purchased . But your team has handled that beautifully once it comes I’ll have to get it switched out but we will figure that out when that time come. But over all very happy with your company service and the product we have received couldn’t be more happier.
