With a basic efficiency rating of 14 SEER2, this condenser will be adequate for most applications and following most state efficiency requirements. If you are coming from our site’s sizing calculator, please note that it is a good idea to upsize any calculation by a ton to compensate for limited insulation and other factors that cause a mobile home to differ from traditional home sizing. - It worksJust installed today. It's operating fine right now. There was a issue of a temp sensor behind the circuit board that arced on the main housing of the outside unit. Otherwise it was easy to install. Took 2 days.

- Very HappyI am very happy with the product, and I was glad that you guys were able to help me with the wrong AC unit that was sent. I needed the heat pump and was sent just a regular A/C unit.
