What's Included
Each Maxx Air HVLS Ceiling Fan package includes a standard 6-inch downrod for secure mounting and a remote controller for convenient fan speed, light, and forward/reverse operation.

- Approved Fan-Support Outlet Box – Install the fan only with a UL-listed outlet box marked “FOR FAN SUPPORT” and suitable for supporting the fan.
- Secure Mounting Requirements – The outlet box must be securely fastened to the building structure, and all mounting hardware must be properly installed and tightened.
- Proper Blade Clearance – Maintain the minimum required clearance from the floor, walls, ceiling, and other obstructions to allow safe, unrestricted blade rotation.
- Electrical Code Compliance – Electrical connections must comply with all applicable local electrical codes, including the National Electrical Code (ANSI/NFPA 70) in the U.S. or the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC) where applicable.
- Power-Off Installation – Disconnect power at the circuit breaker or fuse box before installing, wiring, cleaning, or servicing the fan.
Warranty Information
Maxx Air provides a limited lifetime warranty on the fan motor and a 2-year limited warranty on all other fan parts against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is subject to proper installation and use in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
