The ACiQ 12 kW High-Speed Fiber Laser Cutting System is an industrial CNC laser platform engineered for maximum throughput, precision cutting, and long-term reliability on sheet metal sizes up to 5′×10′ (3000 × 1500 mm). Designed to accelerate production with higher positioning speeds and advanced motion control.

Powered by a 12 kW fiber laser source, this system delivers exceptional cutting speed and edge quality across carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other alloys, while the FSCUT EtherCAT bus CNC control system provides intuitive operation, precise motion control, and integration with production workflows. The ACiQ High Speed 12kW 5x10 uses high-dynamics motion components and optimized gantry design to support faster cutting cycles and robust performance for high-demand fabrication environments.

The machine includes dual shuttle tables for continuous loading and unloading to maximize throughput. Unlike lower-powered configurations, the dust collector is optional, giving flexibility based on your facility’s ventilation setup and environmental control preferences.

This machine is delivered as a true turnkey solution, including transportation to your facility, professional installation, and up to two weeks of onsite training to ensure rapid startup and confident operation.
