The ACiQ 12 kW 6;x12' High-Speed Fiber Laser Cutting System is an industrial CNC laser platform engineered for maximum throughput, precision cutting, and long-term reliability on sheet metal up to 6′×12′. This machine couples a high-speed motion platform with dynamic thermal compensation and precision control to deliver exceptional accuracy, stability, and production efficiency.

Powered by a 12 kW fiber laser source, this machine delivers powerful cutting performance across carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals. The system is driven by the FSCUT EtherCAT bus CNC control software, offering intuitive operation, advanced diagnostics, and production workflow management.

The machine includes dual shuttle tables for continuous loading and unloading to maximize throughput. A dust collector is available optionally, providing flexibility based on facility ventilation and environmental control preferences.

This system is supplied as a turnkey solution, including transportation to your facility, professional installation, and up to two weeks of onsite operator training to ensure rapid startup and operator confidence.
