Write a customer review- Great service, pricing, and communicationPrice100%Quality100%Service100%I was very happy with the quality and speed of service from HVAC Direct. Communication was great, and my shipment arrived quickly and in great shape. My new furnace and propane conversion kit went together easily and I am enjoying a nice, warm store again.

- Good delivery timePrice100%Quality100%Service80%The service was great good delivery time. Only thing is the sizing for the system on your website is wrong. I purchased a unit that is too big. Now have to figure out if we can use it or not.

- Been greatPrice100%Quality100%Service100%I have been working with Jim Schmitt to help me get the final settings on my Heat Pump. He's great and patient and very knowledgeable and encouraging. I have some non-professional experience and he makes me feel confident and is willing to help me make sure I understand what is going on. You made a great choice hiring him. Unfortunately, at this time, I only have a need for one air conditioner. I am seriously thinking about becoming a tech though.
