The employees were awesome to work with on ordering and delivery. We had several phone calls and they were awesome with customer service and support. The AC unit and gas furnace work excellent. I am so grateful to have ordered and worked with everyone. Thank you!

After one week of service system performs well. However the real test is yet to come when summer heat in the desert reaches 115+ then the system will truly reveal its capability. Currently at 92F its very capable.

Received condensor unit with a lot of bent (smashed) fins. Forced to use because tenants didn't have ac. Seems to be working fine though. Inside a-coil looked very good and working good as well. I guess time will tell if it is a good purchase.

Product arrived promptly and professional driver. Easy to install with the exception of hot and neutral wires where not connected to the controller board with no instructions showing that. Fired up and works great. Only reason for lower review is it is very loud.

System arrived in a short time. Good communication between sales, delivery folks and ourselves. Furnace had damage on one side that we didn't see until we removed all items from pallet. Damage was cosmetic so we accepted a rebate and kept the furnace vs

The brand names for the components are new to this area so our hvac tech wasn't completely familiar with the low voltage connections between the furnace, heatpump and the t stat but the technical assistance guy walked us right through everything and answer all of our questions. System is so quiet , we barely hear it running. Heating right now but expect the air conditioning to work just as well.

it's getting very hard to find 410A air condensers with the warp seed phase out. we have been buying a lot of equipment from HVAC Direct due to having what we need in stock all of our local distributors do not have any 410A left. Every item we have purchased has been amazing. The shipping time is fast the prices are great and installation is easy. i highly recommend giving these brands a chance!
