The brand names for the components are new to this area so our hvac tech wasn't completely familiar with the low voltage connections between the furnace, heatpump and the t stat but the technical assistance guy walked us right through everything and answer all of our questions. A little noise. Not real pleased with the multiple position air handler. All in all pretty good buy.
