This temperature controller features a fusible link which will shut off your Maxx Air electric exhaust fan in unsafe operating conditions exceeding 183° F and is also used for the daily operation of your fan as a typical thermostat with a bi-metallic switch. This thermostat mounts to a rafter using wood screws and has a wiring diagram provided to complete installation.

- 10 Amps, 120 Volts AC
- Mounts to rafter with wood screws
- Adjustable temperature from 50 - 120° F
- Controls the operation of your ventilator, running the fan only when needed
- Firestat safety fusible link will cut fan off at 183° F
