When used as burner media Fire Glass And Lava Rock are typically used in one of the following ways:
1- As decorative media to fill and cover a fire pit burner.
2- To be placed over a vented gas log burner in a fireplace that has been converted to gas.
3- With a fireplace burner kit specifically designed to be used with Fire Glass or Lava Rock.


• Cannot cover the burner ports on a Vent Free or Direct Vent fireplace unless indicated in the appliance manual.
