Advanced HEPA Air Purifier with Enhanced Carbon for VOC, Formaldehyde & Chemical Removal
The HealthMate is the all-around model in the lineup, built for the air problems most homes actually have. The two pre-filters and 60 sq. ft. of medical grade HEPA handle dust, pet dander, pollen and mold spores, removing 99.97% of particles at 0.3 microns and 99% at 0.1 microns. Behind that sits more than 780 cubic inches of activated carbon and zeolite, which adsorbs cooking smells, cleaning products, smoke and other everyday chemicals and gases instead of recirculating them.
All standard size Austin Air units accept all standard size filters. So if your needs change, you can put a Bedroom Machine®, Allergy Machine®, Pet Machine® or HealthMate Plus® filter in the same unit later without replacing it. In a typical home this filter runs up to five years before it needs changing.
