Questions and Answers

Customer Questions
What is the height of the intake, is it low enough to work with an 1836M4A coil in a MG1E furnace, and what is the best way to run the AC condensate line on the furnace with the downdraft?
The intake on this condensate pump is low enough to work with the 1836M4A. The condensate line can be ran to wherever you want it to drain. There isn't exactly a "best way" to handle it; it all depends on your setup and wherever you'd like it to drain. If you have any further questions, please call us and we will be happy to assist you.
Dimensions needed.
Thank you for your question. The compatibility of this pump with your ice machine depends on how much condensation flows into the pump. If the condensation flowing in is more than being pumped away, then no it will not work. The shorter the lift, the more it can pump. For instance, this pump has a maximum lift of 20' and it has a flow rate of 149 gph at a 1' lift. This pump does have a width of 5" and a depth of 11.25". For more assistance, please give us a call.
