Warranty Information
The Big Ass AirGo Directional Fan is backed by a dependable warranty to give you peace of mind with your purchase. The main fan unit is protected by a 5-year warranty, ensuring long-term reliability and performance. In addition, all accessories that come with the fan are covered by a 1-year warranty
The warranty period begins either 15 days after shipment of the product or on the date of installation (not to exceed 60 days from the shipment date), whichever occurs later. To obtain warranty service, customers must present documentation verifying both the receipt and installation dates of the product.
Coverage Conditions
- Defects in materials and workmanship that affect proper operation under normal use and maintenance are covered.
- The product must be installed in accordance with Big Ass Fans’ official installation instructions.
- Installation must be performed by a state-qualified or licensed electrical contractor.
- The fan must be operated according to the provided instructions.
- The fan must be purchased directly from Big Ass Fans or an authorized Big Ass Fans dealer.
Exclusive Remedies and Limitations
Under this warranty, the sole remedies available are repair, replacement, or refund of the product at Big Ass Fans’ discretion. Except where required by law, Big Ass Fans is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
- Incidental damages include, but are not limited to, loss of time and loss of use.
- Consequential damages include, but are not limited to, the cost of repairing or replacing other property damaged as a result of a product malfunction.
