Warranty Information
The Big Ass Mammoth Ceiling Fan has a 3-year manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period begins either 15 days after shipment of the product or on the date of installation (whichever occurs later, but not to exceed 60 days from the shipment date). To obtain warranty service, customers must present documentation verifying both the receipt and installation dates of the product.
Coverage Conditions
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that affect proper operation under normal use and maintenance. The fan must be installed according to Big Ass Fans’ official instructions by a state-qualified or licensed electrical contractor and operated as directed. Coverage applies only to products purchased directly from Big Ass Fans or an authorized dealer.
Exclusive Remedies and Limitations
The sole remedies under this warranty are repair, replacement, or refund at Big Ass Fans’ discretion. Except where required by law, the company is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of time, loss of use, or the cost of repairing or replacing other property damaged due to a product malfunction.
