Had this installed 1.5 years ago and it's been one of the most satisfying home upgrades we've done. Effortless heating and cooling and when above freezing in the winter, the heat pump efficiently heats the house (2,600 sq ft) instead of using gas.

Super quiet and the supply temp increases quickly despite low outdoor ambient temperatures in the teens. Throw in a 2k tax credit and 1k power company credit, and I'm wondering why you haven't checked out already.
