The experience was great. No issues. Fast delivery. I have only got to use it twice. I live in Gilbert Arizona. It’s starting to get warmer. This is a replacement pellet stove. Pellet stove is all we used for heat in the winter time for 24 years. We turn it on in the morning and off before work. So far stove this one great. Seamed easy for my sons to reinstall for me. So far it’s great!
