The Broan® Flex Series Bathroom Exhaust Fan is backed by Broan-NuTone’s Limited Warranty, which guarantees the product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of original purchase. During this period, Broan-NuTone will, at its option, repair or replace the product or any defective component without charge, excluding the cost of removal, reinstallation, and transportation. This warranty applies only to the original consumer purchaser and the original installation location

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, light bulbs, filters, fuses, ducts, or accessories sold separately, nor does it cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, accidents, lack of maintenance, or acts of nature. Products with altered, defaced, or missing serial numbers are excluded. This warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state or province.
