OVERVIEW

The Broan® LoProfile fan is our solution for installations where conventional ventilation simply won't fit. The LoProfile fan is narrow enough to be installed in a wall between 2x4 studs, such as in multi-family applications. This Lo-Profile fan is the only exhaust ventilation fan on the market that features selectable CFM, between 50, 80, and 100 CFM and a pre-installed continuous run that allows a user to set their low-speed mode between 30 and 100 CFM. This fan also features TRUE CFM™ which when installed the fan will not lose CFM performance regardless of how complicated the ducting. This bath fan meets ASHRAE 62.2 and is ENERGY STAR® certified.

Warranty Information

The Broan® Bathroom Exhaust Fan is backed by Broan-NuTone’s Limited Warranty, which guarantees the product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of original purchase. During this period, Broan-NuTone will, at its option, repair or replace the product or any defective component without charge, excluding the cost of removal, reinstallation, and transportation. This warranty applies only to the original consumer purchaser and the original installation location

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, light bulbs, filters, fuses, ducts, or accessories sold separately, nor does it cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, accidents, lack of maintenance, or acts of nature. Products with altered, defaced, or missing serial numbers are excluded. This warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state or province.

The Broan Lo-Profile is engineered for strength and longevity. Its housing is made of galvanized steel, giving it excellent resistance to rust and corrosion in humid and moisture-prone environments like bathrooms, where exhaust fans endure steam, condensation, and seasonal humidity changes. The grille is crafted from polymeric materials (a durable plastic finish) painted bright white, which resists flaking, peeling, and visible wear. This finish helps the fan maintain a clean, aesthetic appearance over time.
