The Canarm Tri-Lite Economic 24' HVLS Ceiling Fan is built to provide large-scale, energy-efficient air circulation in commercial and industrial spaces. Designed with high-volume, low-speed (HVLS) technology, this fan creates a powerful airflow that enhances comfort and reduces energy consumption across up to 240 feet in diameter of coverage area.
In the summer, the Tri-Lite fan delivers an evaporative cooling effect of 5–7°F, lowering the perceived temperature through continuous, gentle air movement. During colder months, it helps destratify air layers by redistributing trapped warm air from the ceiling down to occupant level, reducing temperature differences by up to 27°F and helping HVAC systems operate more efficiently.

What's Included
Each Canarm Tri-Lite Economic HVLS Fan package includes an extension bar, mounting assembly, and VFD enclosure kit for a complete fan installation setup.
Safety Features
- Redundant Safety Features – Designed with redundant safety features to provide protection in the unlikely event of a catastrophic failure.
- Safety Cable Included – A safety cable is supplied with every fan and must be properly installed as a redundant safety feature securing the fan to the mounting structure. The safety cable must be installed for the warranty to remain in effect.
- Proper Fan Clearance – The area within 15% of the fan's diameter is considered close clearance and is extremely dangerous. Canarm strongly recommends not mounting the fan closer than 15% of its diameter to any object or its path.
- Safe Sprinkler Placement – When installed in areas with fire sprinklers, the fan must not interfere with their proper operation and should be positioned in the center of each sprinkler quadrant and at least 3 feet below the sprinkler.
- Shielded Motor Cable – Each fan includes 15 feet of shielded motor cable, cable glands, and a variable frequency drive with a built-in filter to help minimize electromagnetic interference and stray voltage. The shielded motor cable and controller cable must be run in separate conduits at least 6 inches apart.
- Qualified Electrical Installation – Installation and electrical wiring must be performed by qualified personnel and comply with the National Electrical Code, ANSI/NFPA 70-1999, and all applicable local codes.
- Power-Off Installation – Power must be switched off at the service panel and the service disconnect must be locked out to prevent accidental energization before installation, servicing, or cleaning.
Warranty Information
CANARM Ltd. provides a 1-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, CANARM Ltd. may, at its option, repair or replace any unit or part returned freight prepaid and found to be defective.
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser-user. It does not cover labor or transportation costs associated with removing or reinstalling the unit. Warranty coverage is void in cases of alteration, accident, abuse, neglect, or operation contrary to the provided instructions. Repaired or replaced components are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Its chassis is constructed from powder-coated steel and anodized aluminum alloy, providing superior corrosion resistance and strength in demanding industrial, agricultural, or warehouse environments. The blades are extruded from 6005-T5 anodized aluminum alloy and shaped with Canarm’s STOL (Short-Take-Off-and-Landing) airfoil design, offering maximum airflow at lower rotational speeds. The unit integrates a totally enclosed, fan-cooled (TEFC) IP55 or better motor paired with a precision gearbox sealed in synthetic oil for sustained performance and minimal maintenance. With robust mounting hardware and safety-harness assemblies included, the Tri-Lite is engineered for continuous, reliable operation and built to withstand harsh conditions while maintaining efficient performance over years of service.
