Warranty Information

Cool Boss Fans are backed by a 5-year (60-month) limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, as determined solely by Cool Boss, under normal use when the fan and components are installed and operated according to Cool Boss’ written installation and operation instructions.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and remains valid as long as the fan is installed at the original installation site. Coverage begins on the date the fan is installed or 60 days after the purchase date—whichever comes first. Warranty coverage is limited to fans purchased and installed in the United States and Canada. Please note that labor is not included under this warranty. Costs related to installation, removal, reinstallation, disassembly, reassembly, or shipping of fans or components are the responsibility of the owner. This includes associated costs such as equipment rental (e.g., lifts) for installation or service work.
