- Electrical Protection – Requires proper grounding and a GFCI-protected circuit. Disconnect power before servicing.
- Qualified Service – Operation should be performed by trained personnel, while electrical service should be performed by a qualified, licensed electrician.
Warranty Information
Cool Boss provides a 5-year (60-month) limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship for Tempest and Windstorm Series HVLS Industrial Overhead Fans. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and requires proper installation and operation according to Cool Boss instructions.

No Return Policy
All Cool Boss commercial unit sales are final and are non-refundable.
