There is nothing like the BBQing with charcoal. Gas grills are great. Easy to use, quick to get up to temperature. However, they cannot duplicate the flavor of cooking with charcoal. The Coyote charcoal grill has a number of features that make it convenient to use. It has an adjustable charcoal rack to make it easy to bring the coals right up under that steak for a good sear. You can also lower it down and mount the coals off to one side for slow cooking that brisket. The charcoal basket door can be opened to add charcoal as you cook. The drip pan below makes clean up easy. Air dampers that control both incoming and exhaust air allow you to keep the grill the temperature you need. 304 stainless steel components assure the product will last.
