What happens to the ashes?
The pellets are fed from the hopper into the burner pot. The ashes then will lead to the fire box which is where they can be cleaned out. It is recommended to clean regularly. Popular methods are scooping out the ashes or using an ash vacuum. The videos provided on the product page offers great information on how to maintain and use your grill.
